  • Does Composed Rose have a store I can visit? What are your hours?
  • Unfortunately we do not have a storefront at this time, but  you can access our website 24/7. In addition, our customer service team will be happy to provide information and advice on any of the products we stock and can assist with any  sizing or fit questions. Email us at customersupport@composedrose.com or use the chat function on our website and we will be happy to help you!

  • Where are you located?
  • We are physically located in the wonderful city of Nashville, TN.

  • Do I have to sign up/in or register before placing an order?
  • It is not required that you register or sign up and you are more than welcome to checkout as a guest in our store. Know that if you do sign up, we try not to send too many unwanted emails. We generally just let our clients know about upcoming sales, recently added items, items coming soon and other information we hope you might find helpful. 

  • If I create an account, will it store my credit card information?
  • No, we will never store your credit card information. Only your mailing and billing address will be stored in order to speed up the checkout process.

  • The item I received wasn’t the color I expected from the photographs.
  • We do our best to display photographs showing each item with the very best and most accurate colors, patterns and measurements. Please be aware that computers and/or mobile devices may have different color display profiles, brightness etc. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective or damaged. We will do our best to work with you to ensure you are happy with your order and you are always welcome to contact us prior to completing your purchase. 

  • I am having a problem seeing a product or collection online or can’t add a product to my cart?
  • We apologize for any inconvenience you might experience from technical difficulties on our site. Please contact us, either through the live chat button on our website or by email at customersupport@composedrose.com. We will ensure that we research the issue to get it corrected and would be happy to work with you through email or by phone to answer your questions or place your order manually. 

  • How can I get information about sales or discounts before they go online?
  • Excellent question! If you sign up for our newsletter, we will give you advance notice of upcoming sales and additional perks and benefits not offered to the general public. We do our best not  to overload your mailbox with too many emails . 

  • How do your clothes fit? Where do I find your size guide/chart?
  • Composed Rose works with a select number of brands, each with their own size guide/chart.  When you access the individual products, you will see a link to access the size guide/chart for that particular piece. Additionally, Composed Rose gives a statement at the bottom of each description with a personal update on the fit of that item. 

  • The discount code didn’t work. Can I use more than 1 discount code or use my discount code during an ongoing sale?
  • If there is a sale going and the discount has been added automatically at checkout (excludes free shipping over $50 USD) or you have already entered one discount code, you can not use an additional or second discount code. If neither of these addresses your issue, ensure the code has not expired and that you have entered the code correctly, or contact us here

  • What sizes do you offer? Do you have petite or plus sizes?
  • Currently we offer sizes XS-3XL. Sizes 1XL-3XL are included in our Curvy collection. Not all items will include Regular and Curvy sizing and therefore are listed in separate collections.  At this time we do not have a petite collection but do offer items that will work for individuals looking for petite options. We are happy to discuss with you individually if you would like to reach out to us at customersupport@composedrose.com

  • Where is my order?
  • You should have received an email from Composed Rose confirming your order. At the bottom, there is a button showing TRACK ORDER.  All shipping and tracking information will be listed there, along with expected delivery dates once the product has shipped. If you can’t find that email, first check your spam folder and then feel free to contact us at customersupport@composedrose.com and include as much information about your order as possible, including name, email address, products ordered etc. We will do our best to locate your order and update you on its status.

  • What delivery options do you offer? 
  • We are happy to offer shipping options through USPS and UPS. Free shipping is offered through standard shipping with USPS. At checkout, you can choose a different option including priority or next day and that fee will be included in the amount you will be requested to pay.

  • How much do you charge for shipping?
  • When your order is less than $50 USD, your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout and is based on the weight of your package. Any orders over $50 USD automatically ship for free when you checkout. At times, there may also be sales or promotions that may discount shipping charges.

  • What types of payment do you accept?
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo

  • How do I care for the items I purchased from Composed Rose?
  • Every item will vary in its care. Please see the tag included inside the garment to properly care for the items you have purchased. Any item handled improperly will not be considered defective.

  • Do you ship outside the US?
  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • The email or password I use for Composed Rose does not work. What should I do?
  • Click here to go to our contact page on the website or email us at customersupport@composedrose.com and we can reset your password and email you the updated information. 

  • I just placed my order. When will it be delivered?
  • Please see our full shipping policy here 

  • I realized I ordered the wrong size or I need to change my delivery address, what should I do?
  • If your order is placed M-F,  we will generally ship your items out within 24 hours. If your order has not already been shipped out, we will work with you to make adjustments, if possible.  Send an email to customersupport@composedrose.com and include the following information. 

  • Your Order Number (an email is sent automatically when the order is placed, showing your order number)
  • Name on the order
  • The email address your order was placed with
  • The NEW address or NEW size requested
  • Someone will respond back to you ASAP and will update you on the status of your request.

  • My size doesn’t show online. Are you sold out?
  • We do our best to ensure all inventory is up to date on our website. When a size is sold out, there will be an X through that particular size and the words SOLD OUT will appear under that size option and/or color. 

  • When will you get more of my size in a certain style?
  • If you click on you size you will see the option to enter your email and receive notification when/if it comes back into stock. Sometimes, a particular style may no longer be available from the manufacturer and can not be restocked. If you have additional questions about any particular style please feel free to contact us at customersupport@composedrose.com

  • How will I know you received my order and when will the payment be deducted from my account?
  • As soon as you complete your purchase online, an email is generated and sent to the email address you have included in your order. The purchase should show up as pending, on your account, immediately. Typically the charge will show as being posted to your account within 1-2 business days. 

  • Is it safe to use my credit card online at your store?
  • All information provided to us through our website is completely protected and secured through Shopify.

  • Why can’t I filter by size?
  • We offer a number of different brands on our website. This makes it very difficult to sort or filter the products across all of these brands by sizes which are in stock. The sizing can vary between the brands that we stock making it difficult to filter by a size without possibly causing an issue. 

  • Can I ship to a P. O. Box?
  • Yes, as long as the shipping provider chosen is USPS, we can deliver to a P.O. Box. Unfortunately, UPS can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Customer Image Use, Instagram Gallery
  • We absolutely love seeing your posts on Instagram of you in Composed Rose clothing, and we would love to share these beautiful images ourselves! If you would like to be featured on our social media channels and/or product pages, then make sure to use #composedrose in your posts.

    Please note, by using any of our hashtags (#composedrose, #roseinthewild) we will assume you have given permission for us to repost your images. Of course, all images we post will be given picture credit to the account holder wherever possible..

    If you discover one of your images posted by us on any of our social media channels and you do not want it posted by us, then please do get in contact with our team (customersupport@composedrose.com) and we will be happy to take it down.
