SHIPPING POLICY AND PROMISE

First of all, if we are shipping an item to you, thank you.  We hope you enjoy your purchase and hope you continue to choose Composed Rose in the future. Make sure to become a VIP member to get exclusive discount promotions (including free shipping), advance notification of upcoming sales, and access to new inventory prior to its being offered to the general public.

Your shipping cost will be calculated in your shopping cart and will be added to your total, unless you qualify for free shipping or have a promo code. We promise your purchase will be shipped in the most cost effective method possible and will be on its way to you within 24-48 hours of our receipt of purchase. You will be notified by email when your purchase is confirmed and will receive tracking information when your package leaves Composed Rose. All orders are shipped in packaging that can also be used to return item(s), if necessary. We offer shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx . If you have a preferred method of shipping, feel free to notate that on your purchase, or contact us, immediately after, including your PO or invoice number, at customersupport@composedrose.com.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are looking at our return policy, you have either made a purchase or are strongly considering doing so. Again, we thank you for your business and hope to provide the same high level of service during the return process that you received when you made the purchase. If you are here considering a purchase, we look forward to adding you to the Composed Rose family. We hope this will answer your questions and will show our commitment to our clients and our belief in the products we offer. 

At Composed Rose, we take careful precaution to ensure your purchase meets our high expectations as well as yours. Upon arrival from the manufacturer, each item is inspected to ensure there is no damage or defect, items are sized appropriately and correctly, and that the quality is at the expected level. Prior to shipment, each item will be inspected again for all of the above and to ensure you are receiving exactly what you order. Because we take great pride in only choosing high quality partners that match our high expectations and we personally inspect items multiple times, Composed Rose stands behind the items we are sending you. We do understand that even with the best processes and intentions, sometimes a mistake can happen and we want to make it right for you!

*Remember, don't discard the original Composed Rose packaging until you know you will not be returning any item in your purchase.*

Our refund and exchange policy extends 30 days from the shipping date (provided to you by email). If more than 30 days have passed from the time your purchase was shipped and the time Composed Rose receives notification of your intent to return, a refund or exchange cannot be offered. 

Exchange Processing

Customer service is of utmost importance to us! We will do everything in our power to make sure you have items that fit just like you need them to. Our product will include a size guide as well as offering our notes on the fit of of each item to help you select the best size. Also check out our blog and Social Medial feeds, through @composedrose, for live videos, as we will discuss some items in greater detail, often including information on the body types that will benefit most by the style. Being avid online shoppers ourselves, we understand that no matter how much information we provide, sometimes it just may not work when you try it on. We get it and we are here to help!

Please remember that Composed Rose is a growing but small boutique, and that we may at times have a limited amount of inventory on hand. If we have, or plan to have, within a reasonable amount of time, the item in the requested size, we will be happy to ship that out to you (shipping charges will apply unless there is a manufacture defect or damage).* If we no longer offer or have access to the item in your requested size, we will work with you to find another item that may be similar (shipping charges may apply unless there is a manufacture defect or damage).** If the new item is higher priced than the originally purchased item, we just request that you pay the difference between the items costs and any applicable taxes. Please email us at customersupport@composedrose.com to request an exchange and allow us to help you find exactly what you need to feel confident and composed with every Composed Rose purchase you make. *** 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

*All items purchased on sale are considered to be final. If we have the requested size left in our inventory, we will be happy to exchange the items for you but all return shipping and new item shipping costs will not be the responsibility of Composed Rose. Please be aware that most sales items will no longer be available, so it is unlikely that any attempts to get additional items from the manufacturer, in the correct size(s) will be made. 

**It is the standard policy for Composed Rose that all shipping charges for exchanges and returns will be the responsibility of the client unless it can be proven that the item was received with defect or damage when it left our facility.  If you feel that further explanation is necessary, feel free to include this in your email request for exchange sent to customersupport@composedrose.com.

***There are certain situations where partial refunds or store credit may be granted, and will be at the sole discretion of management. If you feel that further explanation is necessary, please reach out to us at customersupport@composedrose.com and someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

 ***Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

***To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, must not smell of deodorant or perfumer other indications of previous wear, must include the Composed Rose tag and must be in the same condition as it was when it left our facility. 

***Gift Cards/Certificates cannot be returned.

***To complete your return, we require a receipt, gift receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund Processing


Once your return is received and inspected by Composed Rose, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the returned amount to show in your account.*

*Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us at customersupport@composedrose.com.

*Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All items placed on sale are considered final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

*Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card/certificate will be mailed or emailed to you. If the item being returned is beyond the 30 day return policy limit, the amount refunded will not exceed the current price of the item being returned. All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the individual returning the item. If the item is no longer offered by Composed Rose, please contact customersupport@composedrose.com. 

*If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gifter had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a full refund by original payment type, can only be issued to the individual or group that purchased the item, within the 30 day time frame.

Return or Exchange Shipping

To initiate a return of your product, contact us at customersupport@composedrose.com. We will provide you a shipping label to return your items to Composed Rose. 

The 30 day time limit will be determined by the date the item was shipped to you (notification provided by email) and the date we first receive communication that your intent is to return or exchange the item. 

Unless the item is determined to be damaged or defective, and was in that condition prior to leaving Composed Rose, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount you are refunded. Again we will do our best to provide the most cost effective method of shipment available to process your return.
